Leilani joins Blue Sky as their Chief Marketing & Information Officer. Previously serving individuals, families, and business owners with personal financial planning and insurance services through F.A.I.T.H. Driven Planning, Leilani merged her practice with Blue Sky and will continue serving her clients along with firm clients as their Client Services Manager.

She began her financial services career in insurance sales in 2008 then eventually transitioned towards comprehensive financial planning earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Financial Services from San Diego State University in 2012, a Master of Science degree in Personal Financial Planning with a Master Planner Advanced Study Designation in 2016 and her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM certification in 2018.
 
She is passionate about helping people, contributing over one hundred pro bono hours serving pastors as well as individuals who were facing extreme financial hardships. She believes in a work life balance “relationships over money” and hopes to inspire and support her clients in their pursuit of purpose and financial independence. 
 
Leilani resides in Orange County and is active in her community serving as the Regional Commissioner for AYSO Region 889 in Aliso Viejo and supports various church organizations with their Media Department, Young Adults and Youth Programs. When not volunteering, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, kids, family, and friends. Ask Leilani about her favorite community service activity!
